Easy Order Bed Store

Had 2 beds from here now and my first one is over 2 years old and still feels new..just got my daughters she's made up with it great quality and service all round.thank you

Where do I begin?!ordered my bed in a slate grey velvet feel material. Turned up 2 weeks later as advised in a completely different colour and fabric. I was told to come down to see if I liked the alternative. I didn’t. Was then told the original bed would be made up as a priority and I’d have it just under a week later, and for the inconvenience the assembly would be thrown in for free. Again as promised the bed was delivered on the agreed day. The lads took the bed upstairs and were done really fast. I mentioned them being fast at assembling the bed to be told they’d been told by the owner of the shop not to assemble the bed,even though he’d specifically said he’d throw that in for me. Cue 20 calls to the shop that evening to try and sort it out. Eventually got through to be told he’d ring the delivery man to sort something out and call me back. Never did hear back. I had to ring back myself a day later to be apologised to for the messing about the day before. Eventually somebody came around to assemble the bed a few days later. My wallpaper has been damaged from where the bed was left leaning up against it and the quality of the stitching of the bed is quite poor in places. Thought I was getting a great deal when I first bought it,would avoid like the plague and go somewhere more expensive in the future!!!
